Simply Earth Essential Oils Subscription Box Review (Updated)
The folks at Simply Earth sent their January essential oils subscription box for me to review and I’m really excited to share it with you.
Simply Earth is an essential oil company who have made it their mission to help you make your home more natural with essential oils at an affordable price. They believe (like me) that it shouldn’t cost you the earth to have a healthy home. They’ve done this by cutting out the middle man and keeping their running costs and overheads low. If you want to find out more watch the video below or check out their story on their site.
Their prices are definitely affordable and they’ve made it even more value for money and fun with their monthly essential oils subscription boxes. The subscription box includes 4 full-size oils plus added ingredients, accessories, and recipe cards to use with the oils to make blends or other items. The January box is all about beauty so let’s dig in and see what is inside!
I did a reveal video over on my Facebook page when the box arrived which you can watch below.
What’s in the Essential oils subscription box?
The January essential oils subscription box came with all of these goodies inside and for only $39 USD with free postage in US. You can join to receive the boxes monthly ($39), every 3 months ($45) or grab a one off box for $49. You are are guaranteed to receive at least 4 full size oils plus some fun extras.
Here is what you’ll find in January’s box and I’ve thrown in what was in December’s box too so you can see what kind of goodies you get.
You also get a set of recipe cards with instructions on how to use the contents of the box. Here are some of the recipes below:
As you can see you get a full bottle of the Camellia Seed Oil and the roller bottle you need to make up the blend included in the kit.
Simply Earth use environmentally friendly packaging and essential oils are very well protected. I like that the label on each bottle tells what plant part was used to make the oil, where the plant is from, the ingredients and the aroma description. Simply Earth guarantees their oils are 100% pure with no additives and have 3rd party testing on their oils. Plus, 13% of their profits go to fighting human trafficking. I love supporting companies that give back and fighting human trafficking is an important and worthy cause.
There are a few more recipes included – a diffuser blend, an oatmeal milk bath recipe and a grounding and energizing blend which I haven’t tried yet but will over the next few days. You also get the awesome Curb Hunger Oil Blend as well which is a blend of Grapefruit, Spearmint and Lavender (and it smells amazing).

If you were to buy the contents of the box separately here is the price breakdown:

I’ve been subscribed to the Simply Earth box for over a year now and I LOVE IT! It is incredible value for money and I have built up my oil collection along with accessories for making a variety of things from roller balls to sprays over the year. Adding the monthly subscription to my personal budget has been more than worth it and I plan on sticking around even after a year. I think it’s a great way to build your essential oil toolkit with a variety of oils on auto pilot.
I almost forgot – the folks at Simply Earth were kind enough to give me a special coupon just for my readers!
